Santhanam who has mostly been doing commercial potboilers ever since he turned a hero has taken a diversion this time decidedly travelling in a less travelled route in this road film which could also be categorized as a comedy, of course, on the strength of its unintended as well as intended humorous sequences.

The movie begins with a bang at Amazon Rain Forests (drawings, of course, but presented well!) wherein a little boy who has lost both his parents moves from one place to another like a nomad but through the high seas, finally to land up here in Tamilnadu.

It is indeed a big break for Santhanam who has portrayed his new avatar effectively and he has certainly scored well.

Each character has been designed well in the film with due importance being given to them all, all at appropriate places.

Being a dark comedy, the screenplay infuses freshness while being quirky but still appears good most of the time!

The director has succeeded in getting all the characters in a straight line in the climax which has been very differently set and staged.

It is worthy of mention that Santhanam does not wear that super hero garb to rough up the villains but is seen at the receiving end while the villain (Pradeep Rawat) bashes him up!

The plot preaches kindness and the need for willingness in every individual to be helpful and not harmful but without being preachy!
