After successful films like O My Kadavule and Manmatha Leelai, his recent release Nitham Oru Vaanam has been well received by fans and critics alike.
He met his friends from the press today to thank them while pointing out that they were instrumental for his victory.
Here are some tidbits from what he shared with his press friends in this meeting…
I came into the film industry without a film background. I have suffered a lot. Everyone who comes to the cinema is struggling. I don’t want to show that. But the support and love you have given me has been overwhelming. It is your reviews and comments that have carved me. You are my Guru. I judge each of my films based on your feedback. I want to make a film that everyone likes. That is my wish.
I think every film should be different in different fields and that’s how I choose my films. I did it thinking that Nitham is a sky movie with three characters. Now the praises coming to it have brought great joy to the heart. I will be doing many films in different fields in succession.
I also want to act in a village story. Now we are talking about a film and soon I will be seen in Village Story.
I have no marriage talk right now. But a marriage arranged at home does not suit my character.
Next I have acted in a thriller with Sarathkumar sir. I have also signed some films. Information about it will be released officially from the manufacturer. I hope you will give me your support as always.
while answering a query he mentioned that while listening to a story narration, he would give more focus to the script that to the character as his his character in that would only be broad based on the strength of the script!
