Kavingar Vairamuthu’s Kallikaatu Idhikasam is being released in The Global Summit in Dubai
Kallikaatu Idhikasam, the most acclaimed novel of Kavingar Vairamuthu has won the prestigious Sahitya Akademi Award. This novel is being translated into 23 languages by the Sahitya Akademi. In addition to its Hindi-Urdu-Malayalam and Kannada translations, the English translation is being published now. The book was translated by Ms. Gita Subramaniam.
The English translation of Kallikaatu Idhikasam, called “The Saga of the Cactus Land” is being released at the Rise conference in Dubai, on Wednesday, November 9, at The Atlantis Hotel. The conference will be attended by world’s leading entrepreneurs, where the book will be released by Kavingar Vairamuthu and will be received by representatives of 32 countries.
The summit is being organized by Industrialist Mr. Sivakumar-Head of the Global summit, Rev.Fr. Jegath Gaspar-President of Rise Foundation and its vice presidents Alfred Berchmans, Jose Michael Robin, Shagul Hameedh and Basheer Khan.
