In the past week articles and videos have surfaced making baseless accusations against me. I am publishing this press release to explain my position in this regard, to clarify the issue and to understand the lie.
I lodged a First Information Report on 20.10.2022 at Nungambakkam Police Station against Subhash Chandra Bose and others for theft of my belongings. I am following due process of law. And I am following legal procedures to get redressal for myself within legal limits.
It is unfair to say that I assaulted and abused Subhash Chandra Bose. She was a part-time helper and pet sitter at our house on weekends. Although I had good reason to suspect him in the theft incident, I asked him about my suspicions before filing a police report. He avoided answering. So I filed a police complaint to get back my belongings.
He has posted slanderous messages and false information against me on social media in a hateful manner. His interview and his statement are completely false. I deny all the allegations made by him. His interviews and media ploys were aimed at deflecting attention and tarnishing me as a suspect in the above activities and escaping criminal proceedings.
I would also like to explain the interview and report given by Sheldon George. She was a makeup artist. And all the allegations he made against me were untrue. The interview he gave to the press to portray me in a bad light was unnecessary. And intended to spread slander on me and gain fame through it.
According to him the shooting took place on 5. 9. 2022. For him to make such allegations two months after the date of shooting.., there is no valid reason. He also posted an unauthorized video on his mobile device in his interview. This is against my privacy. He is not authorized to take video or publish such video.
I have taken the following necessary steps to legally protect my interests on the advice of legal experts.
1) I have filed separate complaint against Subhash Chandra Bose and Sheldon George in Chennai Egmore Court.
2) I have also lodged a complaint against them with the National Commission for Women.
3) I have filed a case to stop the publication of such false information, to remove the currently published videos and articles, and to request a ban on the same.
I follow the law completely. Also I have full faith in the legal system to deliver justice. Publications, news and videos that portray me badly have caused me severe stress and trauma. I am working hard to make a name for myself in my chosen field with the support of my friends and well wishers and all.
Since I have done nothing wrong and the publications accusing me are completely false, I strongly assert my position on this issue.
I filed a police report as my hard earned property was stolen. I have also lodged a complaint to remove such false information being spread against me. I will continue to fight for the right. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my fans, friends, well-wishers, who have supported me during this trying time.
