Produced by Maple Leafs Productions, the movie “Kattil” is produced by EV Ganeshbabu, directed by EV Ganeshbabu, with story and screenplay by famous editor B.Len. The launch of the first single track of the film was held today in the presence of celebrities and media friends.

I am also a journalist. I am happy to attend the first press conference in 2023. The main reason why I am here on this stage today is because of editor Lenin and because of his encouragement this film was made. It is a great pleasure that Minister of Information M. P. Saminathan came to congratulate this event. Srikanth Deva has given excellent music in this film. Sid Sriram rarely chooses and sings songs. We are happy that he sang in four languages in our film. Actress Srishti Dange has turned into a Tamil girl in the bed. This film will be an important film for him. Wide angle Ravi Sankaran’s cinematography is strong for the film. Gratitude is a film that honors our heritage and will be loved by all.

I started life as a press photographer. I am proud to say that I am a journalist. I loved it when Lenin sir called and told me this story. It was a very emotional story. We have shot in the Karaikudi areas of Chennai. Thank you that this movie will be liked by all of you.

My congratulations to EV Ganeshbabu team who have made Kattil movie as a masterpiece. The story seems to be set around the social environment without any commercial motive. I wish it a huge success as it is a realistic film that tells the story of a simple life. Honorable Artist Ayya was keen on the film industry. Similarly today, our Chief Minister Stalin is also very concerned about the film industry. Tamilnadu government is taking many steps to improve the cinema industry.
