‘Lock’ is a film jointly produced by Bamboo Trees Cinemas, Al Murad and Shakti Vale Pictures.

The music launch of the film ‘Lock’ was held today at Prasad Lab Theatre.

Speaking at the function, Ratan Linga, who has directed the film, said,
“This film has been made after many struggles. We were shocked by the sudden death of our strong side producer Shaktivel Pictures and the cinematographer who worked on the film. But their dream was on this film. I hope this film will succeed with the blessings of both their souls. Their wishes This is how it will be. Apart from that, seeing all our difficulties, he said that we should set up a platform for the newcomers like this so that they don’t have to face any difficulties. Accordingly, we have recently started a studio. That is the Bamboo Trees Studio. We have started it with the aim of uplifting budding artists and providing them with suitable technical equipment.
Rajkumar Veluchami, chairman of Almura company, which is involved in the production of the film, said,
“I am busy doing business in Iraq and Dubai. When I first saw the movie ‘Attu’ I liked it. When I was looking for the details of who directed this movie, Ratanlinga got introduced. But after that I came to know that he has not done a single movie. Then we talked and became friends. I learned from him that many people are struggling in cinema despite their talent and lack of recognition. We have started a studio so that the youth should not struggle with talent in the future. We have started this with the aim of becoming a platform for new talent. These facilities will help him to the extent that he will be directing five films a year. It is to help the Accordingly, we have started a new film. Pratap, who worked as an assistant director in the film Attu, is making his debut as the director of that film. In this film, Ilangovan’s son Arjun, who works in the police force, is making his debut as an actor. Our journey will continue,” he said.

“For this film which was started before the Covid period, there was a bit of stagnation in Kovid. At that time, while working for this film, the director would work day and night. I asked him if he would come at five o’clock to add background music. He said 5 o’clock in the evening? I said five o’clock in the morning. But we shot the whole night. “He will come at 5 am without sleeping. His film making is original, that is his style. In this film, the scenes move without any dialogue for 10-15 minutes at the end. They warned us that if we don’t get anything today when we want it, we will get angry and went to steal. Even that day, we didn’t get anything, so one by one they threw stones inside the Ganesha temple. But only the third thief hesitated a little. What if Ganesha punishes? Fearing that, he lifted the stone and threw it on a tall tree outside the temple. At the same time, his eyes hurt. Ganesha stood in front of him with blood on his head.
