In today’s increasingly digital business environment, it is essential for organizations to have a robust digital resilience strategy in place.
Internal audit plays a critical role in ensuring digital resilience within an organization. The traditional role of internal audit has been to provide assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations. However, with the increasing reliance on technology and digital systems, internal audit must adapt to ensure that it is providing assurance on the resilience of these systems as well.
