What is the story of the film?
Brother Saravanan and younger sister Durga live in a farm house with their parents in Uthukuli village. Shiva, the owner of the farm, is fond of children. Saravanan was a non-vegetarian. One day while returning from school, both of them find a lamb on the way..
Durga brings it home with her, names it Pujji and raises it lovingly. But Saravana sees it as food. After a few days the goat’s owner comes looking for it and takes it away. Durga is disheartened by this. Seeing Durga’s grief over the lamb, Shiva searches for Bhujji and brings him back to Durga. In a few months, Puji grows into a big kid. In this case, the children’s alcoholic father, Murugesan, runs out of money to drink, and sells Pujji to get drunk. This time the brother goes in search of the lamb to pacify Durga who is suffering from missing the lamb.
He takes his younger sister with him. The rest of the story is the journey of the two who set off in search of Pujji.
This film is written and directed by Ram Kandasamy and produced by his Kavilaya Creations, which is made to show the mental world of children in front of the eyes. Music composed by Karthik Raja.
