Films on friendship are as old as the hills but this one starts out with a difference focusing of a couple of friends who are united in the confines of a colony of residents where they all grew up together.Writer, Director Ananth who plays the protagonist carries the same name as his character name!Soon after graduation, they open a start up company for managing events with the hashtag, Become a Star.The idea doesn’t take off which eventually draws a few of them apart, the worst affected among them all being Ananth. He has a girl friend who stays put with him but when he leaves to Singapore for better pastures, she too faces pressure from family following which she too almost gets engaged.In the latter half, things fall in place, of course, on expected lines and they parted friends reunite and as a value addition an opportunity comes in for managing an event. Needless to mention the lovers too reunite…Had the film’s full focus been on that business entrepreneurship, the proceedings would have fared better…Still, a good time pass, most of the frames filled with fun and frolic!
