Prabudeva’s ‘Petta Rap’ Music Release!

Directed by Sinu, the movie ‘Petta Rap’ stars Prabhu Deva, Vedhika, Sunny Leone, Maime Gopi, Ramesh Tilak, Bhagwathi Perumal, Vivek Prasanna, Riyas Khan, Rajeev Pillai, Jayaprakash and others. Cinematography by Jeethu Damodar for this movie D. Iman has composed the music. The film, which is being prepared as a full-length family entertainer, is being produced by Blue Hill Productions under producer Joby B. Produced by Sam. The movie is being released by Sapphire Studios.
The music launch of the film ‘Petta Rap’ which will be released in theaters worldwide on 27th of this month was held in a grand manner at Green Park Hotel in Chennai. The film crew along with the director Perarasu was the special guest at the function.
Producer said, “My professional career started from Tamil Nadu. In 2000 I worked as a senior officer in a reputed private company during the National Highway project from Sri Perumbudur to Kanchipuram. At that moment many Tamils became my friends. Following this, I have now made my debut as a film producer in Tamil. There are many talented artists in the Tamil film industry, so I love them very much. September was the month when I first started working in Tamil Nadu and got friends. In the same month of September, the first film produced in Tamil called ‘Betta Raab’ is released. Everyone should go to the theater with their family and enjoy it. We have to do it to win. I would like to take this moment to thank everyone who has worked so hard for this film,” he said.
Director SJ Sinu said, “Hello everyone. This moment … a dream come true moment. I visited Chennai two years ago and met Prabhu Deva Master and told him the story. From that moment to this moment to this music launch event… Prabhu Deva’s collaboration has been amazing. Also, I feel God’s blessings in the development of this film. I would like to express my gratitude to God, the producer and everyone who has visited here.
The first reason this film was made was my friend and producer Joby B Sam. Without his support this event would not have happened. He did all the expenses I told him for this film with a smile on his face without denying it. The producer is the main pillar of the film starting from the shooting moments till now till this event. I also thank him at this moment.
This was followed by Prabhu Deva Master. Even as a new director.. he gave me full freedom. When I met him and told him the story, he said, ‘Come with the full screen story. Let’s work together’ he said. After that we joined the storyteller Dinil and narrated the whole story to him. From the moment we met him, his positive vibe made us excited. His contribution to this film is unforgettable. He kept the entire set happy throughout the 65 days of the shoot. I also express my gratitude to him at this moment for this.
We have attached a tagline for this film as ‘Patu adi atam repeat’. I told this when I met the music director Imman. He also realized this and composed ten songs for the film. Innisai is the main feature of this film. I would like to take this moment to express my gratitude to the music composer D Iman who gave it an exciting performance.
Actress Vedhika is playing the lead role in the film. She is not only a great actress but also a wonderful dancer. After that, actress Sunny Leone, who has acted in this film, was an unexpected gift for us. He was always busy. But we kept trying. After that we contacted him and asked him to dance to a song with Master Prabhu Deva. As soon as he said Prabhudeva he agreed to act without thinking about anything else. I started writing songs for Prabhu Deva Master in the film ‘James Bond’. Even after he became a director from an actor, I have written many songs for films where he works as a choreographer.
