Vijay is the leading actor of Tamil film industry. He announced his entry into Tamil Nadu politics and started a political party named “Thamizhaga Vetri Kazhagam”. While the announcements were made, the Thamizha GA Vetri Kazhagam party logo and party song were released.
In this line, the first state conference of the Thamizhaga Vetri Kazhagam party, named as “Party Principle Festival” is going to be held at V Road next to Vikravandi. Preparations for the first state convention of Tamil Nadu Victory Kazhagam party are going on in full swing.
Also, screen celebrities, political party leaders and many others have joined the T.V.K. President Vijay and Thamizhaga Vetri Kazhagam congratulate the first state conference of the party. Many people are doing special worship to make the conference a success. In this situation, Devaraj, the scriptwriter of the film “Hit List”, has written a letter to Vijay, the president of the Thamizhaga Vetri Kazhagam party.

A citizen’s plea letter to Thalapathy Vijay, president of the political party. Although many political parties are started here to serve the people. In order to establish themselves over time, people of my caste, people of my religion, people of my race are trapped within their respective ethnic groups. And for their political gain, they are throwing the caste people they are supposed to protect against the other caste-religion people and creating more division. In this way, for their own profit, they are not allowing equality to grow in our country, and they are only doing vote politics here.
I fully believe that their politics is pro-people and human-loving.
Now in our country, from the ruling parties to the opposition parties, they have demanded the central government to take a caste-wise account. Their reason for this is that according to the size of the population in each caste and religion, we can divide the reservation of seats for each class in a proper way in education and employment, this plan of theirs may seem like a good plan to get equal rights for all castes and religions, but if we think about it deeply, the dangers that this law may cause us. Understandable.
If the courts give an order and the central government takes a caste wise census and announces it to the people, then here the reservation problem can be solved. But it only widens the gap between people who are together. A reality we can perceive. In every place and in every town its impact will be greater. Do you know where the caste people who are in excess of one place can rule? More brags will start talking. It will only try to empower and subjugate the group of the less caste. Therefore, this project will turn the already weak equality among the people into an even worse one.
This caste-wise census will be more favorable to the backward people who boast of “we are superior here” by birth and hold on to the varnashiram given by someone for selfish gain till date in the absence of any solid evidence. Therefore, I request Thalapathy Vijay to consider this matter with foresight.
It is my wish that you transform this divisive caste-based census into a new egalitarian weapon.
Before the Government of India conducts a caste census, you should strongly put forward a demand on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Vetri Kazhagam to create a category called Samathuvar for those who do not want to confine themselves to caste religion.
Even now an individual can legally obtain a caste-religion-free identity card from the government if he so desires. But there are many practical problems here to get it. So many people like me want to get non-caste certificate but are not able to do it.
With the intention of protecting humanity, I request that the first principle of Tamil Nadu Victory League is ‘Caste-Free Nation’ and conduct camps in every town in Tamil Nadu for people to get caste-free certificate in a simple manner as per the guidance of their party administrators and legal advisors.
On behalf of the Tamil Nadu Success Association, I request you to take a walking tour and make people aware of the power of equality and its greatness to every person in Tamil Nadu. Your school certificate is proof that you are fully qualified to do this.
