Naga who created the immortal Marmadesam serial years earlier, is still held in high esteem for its excellence in content as well as in presentation.He has staged a comeback of sorts with this webseries that simply stuns the viewers from the start while maintaining the tempo throughout punctuated by twists and turns which would transport the viewers to a different plane altogether!All his painstaking efforts have fructified into a fabulous piece of art which has to be nourished and cherished.The casting too is appropriate with each of the actors and actresses delivering what is expected of them in a commendable manner! Dhanshika plays Anu who travels to Varanasi to perform the last Rites of her mom.She is then entrusted with the task of handing over an ancient relic to a Priest in Tamilnadu which would eventually unlock the doors leading to the Fifth Veda(Aindham Vedam), an ancient text of paramount importance that has been lost over the passage of time! Her eventful journey passes through several phases while other characters keep crossing her path, complicating the process.Revaa’ s enriching background score and the captivating cinematography of Srinivasan Devarajan add pep to the proceedings.The use of Artificial Intelligence in the script is indeed an USP! Devadarshini ‘ s character – did it necessitate her to be shown smoking?
In all, it is a well crafted and executed webseries that asserts the class and caliber of its maker, yet again!
