RSSS Pictures proudly presents ‘Ottrai Panai Maram’
The film is directed by the best director award-winning “Mann” director Puthiyavan Rasaiya. This story, which begins in the last days of the war in Eelam, has become a story that clearly moves the ex-combatants and the people in the contemporary environment.
Realistic acting, natural scenery, heart-pounding twists and turns in the story, the scenes in the film make you live in the village of Kilinochchi in Eelam.
Ashwamitra has composed the music for the film, which is based on true events. The composition of the music using only traditional Tamil instruments gives the film a liveliness. That’s why he won the Best Music Composer Award.
National award winning Suresh Urs has done the cinematography and international award winning Sri Lankan cinematographer Mahinda Abeysinghe has done the cinematography.
It was selected in 40 international film festivals and collected 17 awards including Best Actor, Best Cinematography and Best Music.
