Disney+ Hotstar to Stream Hotstar Specials ‘Parachute’ Series from November 29!!
India’s leading streaming platform Disney+ Hotstar has released the trailer of Hotstar Specials series ‘Parachute’ and announced that the series will stream from November 29 this year.
Parachute Series, a Hotstar Specials series, revolves around the world of two young teenagers. Parents who have great love for their children are strict with them so that they grow up well. Without the knowledge of their parents, the two boys take a moped called Parachute and go on a journey. What happens then is the ‘parachute’.
Directed by Rasu Ranjith, the series features the best actors of the Tamil film industry in pivotal roles. In it, actor Kishore plays the role of the children’s father, famous actress Kani of ‘Kuku with Komali’ fame plays the role of the children’s mother, and actor Krishna Kulasekaran plays the lead role. Krishna Kulasekaran plays the role of a police officer and has also handled the production of the series.
The series also stars actors Kali Venkat, Saranya Ravichandran and Bhava Chelaturai in pivotal roles.
One of the leading music composers Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music for the ‘Parachute’ series written by Sridhar K. Om Narayanan has done the cinematography and Richard Kevin has done the editing for this series. The art direction for the series is by Remyan, while stunts and costumes are done by Danger Mani and Swapna Reddy.

A gripping trailer of the Hotstar Specials gives away the fact that the film will be a pulsating search and rescue drama that will revolve around two cute children, who are deeply loved by their parents. The trailer shows that the children fear their father, a strict disciplinarian, who nurtures the belief that sparing the rod can spoil the children. One day, to escape his blows, they ride off on his moped called Parachute without their parents’ knowledge. What happens then is what ‘Parachute’ is all about.
Directed by Rasu Ranjith, the series features some of the finest actors in the Tamil film industry in the lead roles. It has actor Kishore playing the father of the children, well known actress — ‘Cooku With Comali’ fame Kani — playing the mother of the children, and actor Krishna Kulasekaran playing a cop. Interestingly, Krishna, apart from acting in the series, is also handling production of this series.
The series will also feature actors Kaali Venkat, Sharanya Ramachandran and Bava Chelladurai in pivotal roles.
