Director Shakthi, who worked as an assistant director in my film Anjathe, is a very emotional person. He took a break from cinema and came back to cinema. A long time ago, he told me a story about dogs. I am very familiar with dogs, I have lived with dogs.
Generally, I talk a lot with my assistant directors about love and compassion. Director Shakthi wanted to make a film about dogs, I am sure there will be great compassion in it. It is not a simple thing to make a film and have it recognized by the people and be successful. It is enough to applaud these street performers who came from a village and showed their talents to us today. That is their recognition.

Even 2 days ago, he congratulated us and the film and issued a press release. I have acted in street plays, dramas, Kurumpadam, supporting roles and today I have come as the hero of the story. I thank Mr. Ramadoss for encouraging and guiding us and I also thank Producer Sangamitra Soumya Anbumani, Producer Sabarish, my parents and my wife. There is a tension that is not there when I am a doctor in surgery and the film is releasing on December 27th. I request the journalists to make the film a huge success among the people.
