‘Thottu Todarum Karma’ is based on the universal dharma spoken by Lord Krishna
‘Thottu Todhrum Karma’ is a film produced by Mano Udayakumar under Udaya Creations. Director MSS, who directed films like ‘Neenatha Ennam’ and ‘Melnattu Marumakan’, is directing this film. The film will feature completely new faces as the hero and heroine, and many famous character actors and actresses will be playing the lead roles.
This film is set in the crime thriller genre. In the Mahabharata, Lord Krishna has said that “protecting a woman’s honor is the universal dharma.” Those who have harmed a woman’s honor, those who have failed to protect her honor, those who have been watching, and those who have not been willing to help, are all unfit to live on this earth. Karma will definitely punish them. That is what happened in the Mahabharata war.
Even on the verge of death, Duryodhana would say to Krishna, “You are fighting this Mahabharata war in the way of unrighteousness, Krishna.” To this, Krishna would have said, “More than any other reason, you failed to protect the honor of a woman in your own court as a king. That is how this war happened.” The story of this film is based on this.
Director MSS says, “It is said in the Puranas that whenever unrighteousness raises its head in Kali Yuga, God will come in human form and destroy it. In today’s era, violations against women are increasing. Not only that, we have to punish the injustices committed by the ruling class and the wealthy through unrighteousness. This film is being made emphasizing the idea that karma will follow and punish those who do injustice to women. The shooting of the film will begin in January after the birth of the baby, and the details of the cast and technicians of the film will be announced soon,” he said.
