This is my third film. In everyone’s career, a film comes as a boost, and I hope this Smile Man film will be such a film for me. When I was young, I was amazed by Sarath sir in the film Sooryan. I spent a lot of money on his car-lifting scene. Now I am working with him in two films. In one film, he is a majestic policeman, in this film, he is a calm policeman with Alzheimer’s disease. He has shown such a difference in both. It was a great pleasure to work with him. All the technicians have worked well. Thank you to Shyam and Praveen for giving me a chance. Memories was our first film and it received mixed reviews, both negative and positive. We discussed what film to make next. We talked to Alchemys brother and created a good thriller story. We talked to Sarathkumar sir and he liked it. We shot it after five months, but he didn’t leave a full stop in the story, he remembered it. Even though we were a new team, he gave full cooperation. The entire technical team thought of it as their film and gave hard work. This is a solid thriller film. Thank you for giving a new experience to the fans.

So we hesitated to talk to him. Sarathkumar sir got interested when he heard the story and immediately agreed. He is like a direction team, he worked hard. This is his 150th film. Thank you for giving it to us. Kamala Alchemys is not only the writer. He is also the co-director in the film. Even after his Amazon series ended, he came and got involved in post-production work. A retired former police officer suffering from amnesia is forced to solve a complex and very important case before his memories are completely forgotten. The film is a completely investigation thriller, with a thrilling screenplay and Etupthotakal Vetri acting, directed by Shyam – Praveen Vetrikootani, who directed the film Memories.
Supreme Star Sarathkumar plays the lead role in the film, which also stars Sija Rose, Iniya, Rajkumar, George Marian, Suresh Menon, Kumar Natarajan, and Baby Aaliya of Rowdy Baby fame. Memories fame Sreekumar plays a key role.
The film is directed by Shyam – Praveen Vetrikootani, who directed the film Memories starring Ettu Thottakal Vetri. The screenplay and dialogues are written by Kamala Alchemys. Vikram Mohan will handle the cinematography, Shaan Lokesh will edit the film. ‘K’ fame Gavaskar Avinash will compose the music for the film. Ravi Pandian will handle the art direction, M. Mohammed Subair will do the costume design, Vinoth Sukumaran will do the makeup work, and Mukesh Sharma will serve as the production manager. Sathish AIM team is handling the public relations work for Sathish. Rishi is handling the promotional design work. Deepa Salil is co-producing. Salil Das is producing the film on behalf of Magnum Movies.
The film will be released worldwide on December 27th.
