The Breathing Revolution: A Journey of Self-Realization
Our meditation practice is the culmination of years of exploration, spanning over 100 forests and mountains, in pursuit of self-realization. This transformative experience is now being shared with others, free from the influence of external texts or Siddha songs.
The Mission : The Breathing Revolution
- Observing the Breath: Focus on the breath without interference or distraction.
- Mental Stability: Achieving a state of inner calm and balance.
- Individual Self-Realization: Empowering individuals to discover their originality.
- Meditation in Every Home: Encouraging the practice of meditation as a integral part of daily life.
Our Approach
- We personally visited villages and cities, interacted over thousands of students and conducted more than 500 classes.
- We do not charge fees for meditation, nor do we encourage the formation of trusts, communities, followers or devotee groups.
- 2 or 3 students are welcome to offer meals for practising meditation with us. One of our mission is that 400 people must be benefited by the help of 4 people.
Resources
Two books, “Voice of Anma Arungkona Chakkaram,” are available for download on our website at free of cost. These books detailed about Gurunathar and the complete working form of Anma Arungkona Chakkaram.
Quotes
Both breaths constitute practice. Merging into a singular breath signifies creation. Awakening all 71,000 nadis is a profound experience. This embodies the essence of meditation.
If there is a breathing revolution, there will be no work in the cemetery.
