Talking about his experience working on the film ‘Empuraan’,
“The reason why I am living a good life today and speaking here before you is Mohanlal sir. It was his film ‘Puli Murugan’ that I first took on the responsibility of dubbing in Tamil.
That film was a huge success in Malayalam. It was also dubbed in Tamil. That film was a big turning point in my life to the extent that I can divide my life into two parts: before Puli Murugan and after Puli Murugan.
The film ‘Empuran’, which is now coming out and starring Mohanlal sir, is directed by Prithviraj sir. I also worked on the film ‘Lucifer’, which was already made in their collaboration. While working on that film, I asked if I could watch some scenes to get my opinion on my Tamil dubbing and dubbing work. He was very busy with his work, so he was hesitant at first. I thought he would only watch it for a few minutes. But he He watched half the film. He liked it and was satisfied, he praised it, Lucifer was a big success. He gave me a chance in this film Emburaan. I thank him.
When the film’s director Prithviraj spoke, he had said that this film should be watched in its respective languages and enjoyed. The translation in all the languages has been well done in accordance with that.
The film is so well done that people who have seen Emburaan wonder whether this film was shot in Malayalam and dubbed in Tamil or whether it was shot in Tamil.
