Produced by Dev cinemas Pvt Ltd, Yogi Babu is playing the lead role, directed by debutant director Ra. Rajmohan, and is a beautiful love story based on a true incident. On the occasion of Tamil New Year, the shooting of the film began smoothly with a simple pooja at the Arul Murugan temple.
Ra. Rajmohan, who worked as an associate director with Western Ghats director Lenin Bharathi, is making his directorial debut with this film.
The film is based on the life and love of a middle-class young man who works as an ironworker in Chennai. The screenplay of the film has been created based on a true incident to give a different experience to the fans. The film is being developed as a commercial film that will be enjoyed by all sections of the society.
Comedian Yogi Babu will be seen in a new role as a romantic hero and an emotional one.
Yogi Babu will be playing the lead role in the film, while Anamika Magi will be making her debut as the heroine. Director Lenin Bharathi will be playing a prominent role. Kali Venkat, Ayali Madan, and Bhava Lakshman will be playing important roles.
The film is scheduled to be shot in and around Chennai.
Writer and Dhandakaranyam cinematographer Pradeep will be handling the cinematography. Kot and Amaran art director Shekar will be handling the art direction. Fight director Om Prakash will be designing the stunts. Natraj, costume designer of Paruthiveeran and Subramaniapuram, will be designing the costumes.
