The producer of ‘Aadhaar’ gifted a car to director Ramnath Palanik Kumar
Willing to compile the reviews of the film ‘Aadhaar’ and publish it as an album – Director Ramnath Palanik Kumar said!
The film ‘Aadhaar’, starring actor Karunas as the protagonist, was released in theatres across Tamil Nadu a few days ago and has proved a success. Following this, Mrs. Sasikumar, the producer of the film, gifted a car to director Ramnath Palanikkumar.
A function was held in Chennai to thank those who contributed to the success of the movie ‘Aadhaar’. Director Ramnath Palanikkumar, music director Srikanth Deva, actors Karunas, Dileepan, actress Iniya, editor Ramar and Sakthivelan. who released the film all over Tamil Nadu- were present.
Director Ramnath Palanikumar said, “First of all, I would like to thank my friend and producer Sasikumar for giving me the opportunity to direct ‘Aadhaar’. I read all the reviews published in newspapers and media about the movie ‘Aadhaar’. I was amazed. Inspired by those responses, I decided to hold a Thanksgiving Event.
With whatever feelings I wrote while writing the screenplay… that was exactly reflected in the review which surprised me. As creators, we work for a few years and write a screenplay and publish it as a work. I still wonder how I can evaluate it so accurately after only watching it for two hours.
Journalists and Critics watch one or two or even four movies every day. Even in that critical period, if you can absorb the content of a movie like ‘Aadhaar’ and describe it in a positive and detailed way… I am inspired by your writing. Especially Ravi’s character, Yusuf Bhai, who is implicitly featured in the film’s screenplay, has only one scene in the first half and one scene in the second half. In the climactic scene, only the dialogue of that character is included. I was surprised to see that these characters, which are strong for the screenplay, were mentioned in the review.
Unlike the reviews of other movies, the reviews for ‘Aadhaar’ were good. There is also an idea that it can be compiled and released as an album because the exact details that are present in the review of the film ‘Aadhaar’ have not been covered in any film review before. I am also consulting the producer in this regard. The films ‘Ambasamudram Ambani’ and ‘Thirunaal’ released under my direction have never received such criticism.
In the last 22 years of film industry journey, your criticism, support and love have been developing me as a creator. I have invested my five years of hard work for the film ‘Aadhaar’. I was a little scared because of this. Journalists who have seen the film have identified and appreciated its uniqueness as a quality work and have kept me on my way to the next destination.
The content of ‘Aadhaar’ was deemed worthy of International film festival screening and helped it to participate in many International Film Festivals and its coordinator Divya, who contributed to winning more than eight International awards, the actors, actresses, technicians who gave full cooperation with their dedication to the success of the film. I would like to take this moment to thank all the artists.”
Meanwhile, in appreciation of the success of the film ‘Aadhaar’, it is noted that the producer Mrs. Sasikumar has gifted a car to the director of the film, Ramnath Palanikkumar.
