Tamil film industry’s leading music composer Sam CS has been nominated for the IIFA Award for Best Background Music 2023.
International Indian Film Awards known as IIFA is one of the international awards given to Indian film industry artists. Internationally acclaimed Hindi films are honored annually with the IIFA Awards. Accordingly, the award committee has released the list of artistes who will be awarded in the category of best technical artistes for the year 2023. Music composer Sam C S. has been selected for the Best Background Score category for the Hindi film ‘Vikram Vedha’.
Sam C. S. at the gala awards ceremony on May 26 and 27 at Yes Island in Dubai. SS is awarded the IIFA Award for Best Background Music.
Meanwhile, it is noteworthy that for the film ‘Vikram Vedha’ released in Tamil in 2017, Sam CSS has won Provoke Award, Hello FM Award, Vikadan Award, Vijay Awards and he has also won the IIFA Award for Best Music Score for the Hindi remake of this film.
