Bearing semblance to the Sandalwood super hit, Kantara, this Tollywood flick is a well crafted thriller laced with suspense and twists blending mythology with horror that manages to draw and hold the attention of the audience right from the moment go till the closing frames!
Chennai boy, Sai Dharam Teja looks good and also offers a feeling of goodness through his powerful portrayal as the protagonist.
It is a breakthrough role for Samyuktha who looks the part, the carrying carrying shades!
Comedian Sunil dons a serious role here but it is hard to interpret whether his characterization is good or bad!
The first half moves at a brisk and breezy pace while the second part has built-in surprises which take the audience on a tricky ride!
Shamdat Sainudeen’s cinematography and Ajaneesh Loknath’s musical score add to the effectiveness of the movie.
Navin Nooli’s editing too deserves mention.
