Regional sensibilities do play a pivotal part when it comes to making a Pan India movie; especially, with a Bollywood star produces and plays the protagonist while a Kollywood filmmaker wields the megaphone!

Shah Rukh Khan, hailed as the King Khan and Atlee have both achieved this rare feat in their maiden collaborative venture that stands out as a swashbuckling entertainer. Besides the socialistic angle that the screenplay showcases, it also packs in romance, lost and found identities -all capsuled in a magnificent style!

Following Pathaan, this too is a wholesome action packed entertainer and Atlee has taken enough and more care to ensure that both his fans from the South and King Khan”s fans from the West go home satisfied after watching the movie.

A busload of technicians from the South (cinematographer, editor, composer, stunt choreographer, needless to mention about the South bound cast, all of whom have contributed effectively to turn this film into a blockbuster!

King Khan goes about his character in his typical characteristic style and it is a treat to watch him in action yet again.

While Nayanthara is passable Deepika, King Khan’s favorite since the days of Om Shanti Om, sizzles in a cameo.

Yogi Babu too creates a flutter (in the Tamil version)

Anirudh’s musical score is upbeat and elevates the mood of the film.

A Pan India blockbuster!
