Disney+ Hotstar actor Manikandan’s latest blockbuster ‘Lover’ is all set to stream from March 27.
India’s leading streaming platform, Disney+ Hotstar, will stream director Prabhuram Vyas’ poignant romance drama Lover from March 27.
Starring actors Manikandan and Sri Gauri Priya in the lead roles, the film poignantly portrays the love problems of the modern generation from a different point of view. Most importantly, the movie Lover talks about the problems behind relationships, which very few Tamil films have talked about before.
The film shows how suspicion one person has over another in love can become a source of stress for the other, and how it can burden the relationship. The film sheds light on how dominance in love can turn a relationship toxic.
Along with Manikandan and Sri Gauri Priya, the film also stars Khanna Ravi, Saravanan, Geetha Kailasam, Harish Kumar, Nikhila Shankar, Rini, Bindu Pandu and Arunachaleswaran in lead roles.
Shawn Roldan has composed the music for Lover and Shreyas Krishna has done the cinematography.
