Santhanam-starrer ‘Inga Naan Thaan Kingu’ presented by Gopuram Films G.N. Anbuchezhian, produced by Sushmitha Anbuchezhian and directed by Anand Narayan is all set for grand worldwide theatrical release on May 10. The cast and crew members of this film met and interacted with the press and media fraternity in Chennai Friday, sharing their working experiences on this project.

“I am the writer of Anbuchezhian’s maiden production titled ‘Vellakkara Durai’, and I am glad to pen the script for his upcoming production ‘Inga Naan Thaan Kingu’ after 10 years. He accepted to produce the film immediately after listening to the script. My heartiest thanks to each and everyone, who supported me during this journey. Producers are no less than Gods, as they become the major source of energy to make a film. I take this opportunity to thank G.N. Anbuchezhian sir and Sushmitha Anbuchezhian madam for this opportunity. I approached Anbu sir after getting to know that he has been listening to scripts for producing. I got to meet him through Senthil sir. They immediately agreed to rope me in as the director for this project. They gave me complete freedom and time. After watching the talkie portion of this film, they called me personally and appreciated me. I am a great fan of Santhanam sir and I met him during ‘India Pakistan’ shoot. I am so happy to be working with him finally for this project. He appreciated me on the first day of shooting itself, and both of us would engage in healthy discussions for betterment of scenes during the shoot. Imman sir has given good music for this film. There is a particular emotional scene in this film, where there will be a heavy competition between Santhanam sir’s performance and Imman sir’s BGM. ‘Inga Naan Thaan Kingu’ is a comedy treat featuring an ensemble star-cast including Thambi Ramaiah, Seshu, Munishkanth, Cool Suresh, Bala Saravanan, Vivek Prasanna, Maaran, Swaminathan, and many others. Priyalaya plays the female lead opposite Santhanam in this movie. D Imman has composed music for this film, which has story, screenplay and dialogues written by Ezhichur Aravindan.
