Press conference of the film ‘Dragon’ starring actor Pradeep Ranganathan

Suresh and directed by Aswath Marimuthu, has released the preview of the film ‘Dragon’, produced by AGS Entertainment, a leading production company in the Tamil film industry, starring director and actor Pradeep Ranganathan, and releasing in theaters worldwide on the 21st.
‘Dragon’, directed by ‘Oh My God’ fame director Aswath Marimuthu, features Pradeep Ranganathan, Anupama Parameswaran, Kayadu Lohar, K. S. Ravikumar, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, VJ Sidhu, Harshad Khan, Mariam George, Indumathi Manikandan, Thenappan and many others have played the lead roles. Niketh Bommi has handled the cinematography and Leon James has composed the music for this film. The film, which focuses on the lives of today’s younger generation, is jointly produced by Kalpathi S. Agoram, Kalpathi S. Ganesh, and Kalpathi S. Suresh on behalf of AGS Entertainment. Archana Kalpathi has worked as the creative producer.
A press conference was held in Chennai following the release of the preview of the film. AGS Creative Producer Archana Kalpathi, Director Ashwath Marimuthu, and Director-Actor Pradeep Ranganathan participated in this. AGS CEO Rangaraj welcomed the visiting journalists.
Following this, Creative Producer Archana Kalpathi said, “First of all, we would like to express our gratitude to all the media outlets who have been supporting us from our first production ‘Thiruttupayale’ to the current film ‘Dragon’. ‘Dragon’ is an important film for us. It is also my favorite film. The entire journey has been a joy. This is our second collaboration with Pradeep Ranganathan. This is our first time working with director Aswath Marimuthu. We have made Dragon with a good intuition. You must have seen the preview of the film. There are many more good aspects in the film. I request everyone to watch the film and support it,” he said.
Speaking, Director Aswath Marimuthu said, “This is my second film in Tamil. I am meeting the fans again after five years after the film ‘Oh My God’.
The film was a box office success due to the media support. After this film, I worked in the Telugu film industry. I came back here and directed the film.
Just as there were socially responsible things in the film ‘Oh My God’, we have also said many things with social responsibility in the film ‘Dragon’. Only ten percent of what we have come to say in the film ‘Dragon’ as a director has been included in the preview. We have hidden the rest to give an unexpected good experience to the fans who visit the cinema hall.
The producers of AGS and the creative producer Archana Madam have believed in the story I told and have given me an opportunity. For that, I first thank them. They gave me complete freedom to make this film. I thank them once again for supporting me to create what I wanted to say on screen.
I also thank Pradeep Ranganathan, the hero of the film. Everyone knows that we have been friends for more than ten years. We discussed the basis for this film ten years ago. After that, we dreamed a lot about it. Today, we have brought it to the screen and we are qualifying ourselves for this.
I did not direct my friend Pradeep Ranganathan in this film. I have directed Pradeep Ranganathan, a star actor whose film ‘Love Today’ grossed Rs 100 crore. I hope this film will be a huge success for him. Both of us have crossed the boundary of being friends and have worked professionally. I am sure that fans from all walks of life will like it. We will meet the fans in the theater,” he said.

AGS introduced me as the hero of the story. I will forever be grateful to that company for that.
It is a pleasure to work with the director of the blockbuster hit ‘Oh My God’ in his second film. After this, I can say that I am acting in the direction of my friend of 10 years.
