Director V. Justin Prabhu says about the film,
“This film is a biographical story of a real person. Beyond their own lives, how they face this society, how the environment makes them great people, the story is about how the environment makes them great people. This story will be a topic of conversation from simple people to those in power.
It will be a film that will motivate children from young children to adults. There is a good social message in this film.
Everyone who watches the film can compare themselves with this story.
How do parents in a family present their opinion on their children? How does this society view a woman? In this society where anything is criticized, how does a father support his daughter beyond that? How does the hero, who comes as the heroine’s boyfriend, support her? How much importance does he give to her success in life? The screenplay is woven in such a way that no one can easily bring about a huge change in that society. In this story, we have told something that neither the police nor the government can stop, and if this is the case, everyone can conduct themselves safely. This has become a story that is relevant not only to the society but also to the government.
Earlier, I had directed a short film called ‘Kuppaikaran’ focusing on the lives of sanitation workers. I also won an international film award for this. I have worked as an assistant director in some important films. Since I live in an ordinary village, I see everything from the perspective of ordinary people. Therefore, all my stories will have a social perspective. I will direct films in a way that is useful for the society and the people,” said director V. Justin Prabhu.
The film team has announced that the film will hit the screens in May 2025.
