The Club, produced by Madhu under Fox Movies, is set to release in Tamil and Malayalam on August 20 in Alappuzha, Kerala.

The film is directed by debutant director Sanju Ambrose. The cinematography is by Murali, music by Rajeev Ravi, and art direction by Pintojoy.
The film also stars newcomer Sajan as the hero and Meenakshi as the heroine, with Ajith and Dinesh playing the lead roles.

The director says about the film

A dancer receives a book that tells a story that happened in the past, in which it is written that a young man killed a woman in a village who refused to love her. The dancer goes to that village to find out the truth.
When the villagers say that she has come as a spirit and is scaring everyone, she investigates it further and finds out that the woman is trapped in a supernatural mystery. Yes, she is trapped in a place between the living and the dead, where evil spirits roam.

Did she save the woman or not? He said The Club is a story about getting into trouble.

The shooting of the film will start in Alappuzha, Kerala, and we are planning to shoot in Bangalore, Mysore and Coimbatore.
