What if the son of a late crime novelist turns a detective not by choice but by chance forms the format of the narration of this crime thriller the screenplay of which picks up steam in the second half mainly owing to the twists in the tale narrated through flashbacks!
Vetri looks like a fish out of water but he has managed to stay afloat in a character that could have been better crafted!
Shilpa Manjunath suffers from a want of sufficient scope!
Reddin Kingsley gets lost after an initial appearance!
The villain appears to be a caricature and hence refuses to create a flutter!
Arvind’s cinematography is good but the same cannot be said of the score of AJR.
