Sai Abhyankar’s Malayalam cinema debut song – “Jaalakaari” released

Sai Abhyankar, who gained a huge fan base on social media at the age of 21 with viral hit singles like “Kachi Sera,” “Aasa Kooda,” “Sithira Poothiri,” “Vizhi Veezhudhu,” has now released his first Malayalam cinema song. The song “Jaalakaari,” which is featured in the Shane Nigam-starrer “Baldi,” has received a huge response from the fans upon its release.

The song, written by Vinayak Sasikumar, has been composed by Sai Abhyankar himself and sung by Sai and Subhlashini, who sang the hit song “Monika” from the film “Coolie.” Sai’s debut promo video It has already crossed 4 million views on social media. Now with the official release of “Jalakkaari”, music fans are eagerly waiting to see if this will be the next viral hit.

Sai, the son of popular singers Tippu and Harini, has already set records on YouTube. The singles “Kachi Sera” and “Aasa Kooda” alone have garnered over 200 million views. With “Jalakkaari”, Sai Abhyankar has officially announced his debut as a music composer and singer in the Malayalam film industry.

Directed by Unni Sivalingam, “Baldi” is produced by Santhosh T. Kuruvilla and Binu George Alexander under STK Frames and Binu George Alexander Productions. The film, which is being made on the biggest budget of Shane Nigam’s films to date, brings together music, action and a Malayalam-Tamil star team. This is Shane Nigam’s 25th film.

Sai Abhyankar, who is currently working on several big projects in Tamil cinema, along with his Malayalam debut. These include Lokesh Kanagaraj’s “Penz”, Suriya’s “Karuppu”, Silambarasan’s “STR 49”, the Allu Arjun-Atlee duo and Pradeep Ranganathan’s “Doot”. However, the song “Jalakkaari” will always be remembered as his first film music composition and debut as a playback singer.

The film also stars Alphonse Putran as the villain Soda Babu, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj as Kumar, and director-actor Selvaraghavan as Payiravan. It is noteworthy that its promo videos and character glimpses have already received a lot of attention from the fans.

The film’s production supervisor is Kishore Purakathri, while Sreelal is the principal assistant director. Sabarinath, Rahul Ramakrishnan, Samson Sebastian and Melbin Mathew are working.
