India’s leading OTT platform ZEE5 is all set to release its next blockbuster release, the much-awaited Tamil film “House Mate”. The film, which blends three genres – horror, fantasy and comedy, marks the directorial debut of T. Raja Vel. Produced by S. Vijayaprakash, it is being produced under SK Productions. Darshan and Arsha Chandini Baiju play the hero and heroine, while Kaali Venkat, Vinothini Vaidyanathan, Deena, Abdul Lee and Master Hendrick play the lead roles. Rajesh Murugesan, the famous composer of Premam and Neram, has composed the music for the film. “House Mates” will stream on ZEE5 from September 19
A newly married couple named Karthik (Darshan) and Anu (Arsha Chandini Baiju) move into a new apartment. But they learn that the unusual events that take place there are related to a different timeline where another family lives. This family story, which starts out ordinary, later turns into a different fantasy story that is a mix of suspense, paranormal, comedy and emotion.
