3 boys studying in 12th standard in a Govt. School are thick friends and involve themselves in all out of academic activities only together.
Cut to another scenario, a local bigwig’s grandson gets kidnapped and is killed, reportedly.
The further scenes showcase the dastardly acts of the 3 days in question.
Cut to another scenario, Soundarraja is a cop whose dad (Muthuram) was brutally murdered as he has rubbed the bigwig (Vela Ramamurthy) on the wrong side.
The trio get tracked and are taken into custody.
The second half of the plot reveals how and why the boys got involved in the crime.
It is also learnt that there was also a fourth person involved in the killing of the boy, the identity of whom is a real shocker!
Though the director has been cautious while dealing with the factor of religion as the three boys, belong to three different religions but in one scene, the Hindu boy is shown throwing off his religious symbol that he wears while the other two boys- a Christian and a Muslim respectively, don’t indulge in any such act ! Why so?
The film champions a good cause too- never ever encourage tobacco related products to be produced and patronized.
The end is unexpected with the identity of the fourth person revolved.
A bit of an overdose of violence at places but the filmmaker has gone on a journey of justification initiating the viewers to examine and understand the underlying reasons!
