New light for the employment dream of the youth

For the past 10 years, the Vallalar Employment Service Movement, which has been sowing hope and future certainty in the lives of educated youth in all districts across Tamil Nadu and also in the Union Territory of Puducherry, has achieved a feat by transforming the employment service from a simple information exchange to a free humanitarian social service.
For the past ten years, by obtaining employment information directly from companies and taking those opportunities beyond the city limits to the remotest villages free of charge, this movement has played a major role in providing life-changing jobs to the first generation of graduates who were previously unable to access employment. Through this, economic stability and social progress have been created in many families.
So far, this movement has partnered with more than 34,000 private companies and provided direct employment to more than 217,000 youth in private companies without any fee, which is a remarkable achievement that demonstrates the service reach, reliability and honesty of this movement.
With the lofty aim of taking this service to the next level, a new employment website named vvvsi.com was officially launched from Madurai today to directly connect job seekers and employment agencies on one platform without any fee.
Actor Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi, who has a social concern and humanitarian responsibility, launched this website and said,
“Getting a job for a youth is like changing the future of his family. For the last 10 years, the Vallalar Employment Service Movement has been a solid bridge for that change, free of charge.”
It is also noteworthy that the leader of the movement is Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi.
The event was attended by the employees, volunteers, trustees and advisory board members of the movement. The event was coordinated by the founder and executive trustee of the movement, Veerarahavan.
Social activists and youth are deeply confident that this free employment website initiative, based on humanistic thinking and the Vallalar way of compassion, equality and service spirit, will become a new gateway of employment hope for the youth across India, beyond Tamil Nadu.
