A milestone in Tamil cinema… 10 years of ‘Visaranai’; The film crew gathered together!!

Some films released in Tamil cinema are not just films, but become the voice of an era and a social witness. In that sense, the 2016 film ‘Visaranai’ has completed 10 years of its release today.

To commemorate this special moment, the film crew of the film gathered together at the studio of director Balu Mahendra for a discussion and expressed their happiness.

The film “Visaraani”, based on the book “Lockup” by writer M Chandrakumar and produced by Wunderbar Films and Grass Root Film Company, recorded all these on screen with great honesty and courage, the human rights violations taking place in the name of police investigation, the cruel face of power, and the pain of the common people.
