Music Launch Ceremony of Sarathkumar’s ‘Aazhi’ Film

The music launch ceremony of ‘Aazhi’, a film starring leading Tamil cinema star Supreme Star Sarathkumar in a pivotal role, was held successfully in Chennai.

Directed by Malayalam director Madhav Ramadasan, ‘Aazhi’ features Sarathkumar, Indrajith Jagan, Devika Satheesh, Vaiyapuri, Thamaraiselvi, Sreejith Ravi, and others in the cast. Anand N. Nair has handled the cinematography, and Jessie Gift has composed the music. Oscar winner Resul Pookutty has done the sound design for the film. This crime thriller is produced by Sajith Krishnan under the banners of 888 Productions and Celluloid Creations. Uthra Productions is distributing the film throughout Tamil Nadu.

The music launch ceremony of the film, which will be released worldwide in theaters from February 27th, was held in Chennai. South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce President Ravi Kottarakkara, director Udhaya Sankaran, and distributors Abbas A. J. and Hari Uthra attended the event as special guests, along with the film crew. At the event, producer Ravi Kottarakkara released the film’s music, which was received by the special guests and the film crew.

Speaking at the event, distributor Hari Uthra said, “In today’s scenario, releasing good films in theaters presents many challenges. Finding good content is also a big task. In that respect, I believe ‘Aazhi’ will be a film that creates a major turning point. I have been a fan of Sarathkumar since my childhood. I have grown up watching his films.” “I am happy to be distributing this film in which he has acted. There is a great struggle in releasing and marketing low-budget films. I request all the associations fighting for the welfare of the Tamil film industry to unite and propose a business strategy,” he said.

Actress Thamarai Selvi said, “This is my first stage appearance. I thank the director and producer for giving me the opportunity to act in this film. I participated in the Bigg Boss show after being involved in stage plays. I met Sarathkumar during the Bigg Boss show. I am meeting him again only now. Actor Vaiyapuri said, “I acted with Sarathkumar before 2001. After that, I have acted with him again only now. This makes me happy. I have played the role of a father in this film. My friend Resul Pookutty’s contribution to this film is very significant. This is a film that gives importance to sound. I wish him many more Oscar awards for his dedication. A Belgian Malinois dog has acted in this film. Resul worked with his team for two days to accurately record the dog’s voice. There is also a fight sequence with the dog in this film.
