Produced jointly by Million Dollar Studios and Neo Castle Creations, the first single from the film Anbe Diana—titled ‘Perambur Gana’—has been released. It has received an excellent reception from fans and is currently spreading rapidly across social media platforms.
Produced by Sathya Karikalan and Yuvaraj Ganesan, this film features ‘Jama’ fame Pari Elavazhagan not only in the lead role but also as the writer of the story and screenplay, as well as the director. Ramya Ranganathan stars opposite him as the female lead.
Million Dollar Studios, known for achieving success in Tamil cinema through unique and distinctive storylines, has produced Anbe Diana as its 7th production venture, following films such as Good Night, Lover, and Tourist Family.
Composed by Bharath Sankar with a lively and catchy score, and sung by Jassie Gift, the song ‘Perambur Gana’ lives up to its title by vividly capturing—through the language of cinema—the unique rhythm of life in Perambur and the spirited lifestyle of the people residing in that region.
Pari, who impressed audiences with his performance in the film Jama, has truly dazzled with his dance moves in this song. While Ramya—of NEEK fame—steals the show with her energetic dance moves, actress Roja, making a comeback in the “making-of” video, wins hearts with her adorable expressions.
Furthermore, the song—which delightfully captures the mindset of a “Soup Boy” and the exuberance of youth—features a catchy local beat and vibrant choreography that compel listeners to hit the “repeat” button again and again.
Exuding such joyful vibes, the track “Anbe Diana” suggests that the film will serve not only as a romantic family entertainer but also as a narrative that beautifully encapsulates the cultural essence and emotional pulse of a specific region.
The film features Chethan, viral YouTuber “Paridhabangal” Gopi, Ismath Banu, Sudharsan Gandhi, and Sel Murugan in pivotal roles.
Bharat Shankar, the acclaimed music composer behind films like Mandela and Maaveeran, has composed the score for this project. Shelley Calist, the cinematographer known for his work on Aruvi and Shakti Thirumagan, has handled the camera work. Partha has undertaken the film’s editing, while Mahendran has overseen the art direction. The lyrics for the songs have been penned by Mohanrajan, Muthamizh, and Bakkiyam Shankar.
With filming now complete, the movie is currently in its final stages of post-production. As Anbe Diana gears up for a summer release, official announcements regarding its trailer and release date are expected to be made very soon.
