Director S. Latha is confident that everyone, from children to adults, will love the film “Maragathamalai”!!

“Maragathamalai” is coming on April 3rd as a summer celebration for children.

While films for children and films full of adventure scenes are rare in Tamil cinema, “Maragathamalai” has become a film that can appeal to all sections of the public, from children to adults, with these two features.

Debutant director S. Latha has written the story, screenplay, dialogues, songs and directed the film, and is also producing the film on behalf of a film company called LG Movies.

Santosh Pratap is playing the lead role in this film, while Deepshika is playing the female lead. Along with them, Thambi Ramaiah and Jagan play important roles. Master Sashan makes his acting debut through a key role. His friend is played by Arima Varman, child star Kalaikovarman, Mahithra and many others.

Animated scenes of animals like tiger, snake, elephant, gorilla monkey also play an important role in the film. Moreover, the special feature of the film is that the dragon, which has never been shown in Tamil cinema, has been realistically designed in animation.

The story of Maragathamalai takes place in the year 18.
A gang of robbers tries to rob the treasure of a landlord. To save the treasure from them, the landlord sends his wife and child to the Kali temple in the forest. Then everyone gets separated. Did the separated people get back together? Was the landlord’s treasure saved? I have told it as a magical story full of adventures.

We have shot for about 30 days in the Tada forest. We have used only the horse as the original and have created other animals in graphics. But the visuals have come out so well that it does not look like graphics. Similarly, we have also created a dragon in the film, no one has used a dragon in a film in Tamil cinema before, we have done it for the first time. This will be a special feature of the film.

“Maragathamalai” will be a great entertainment film full of all the features that will appeal to adults as well, not just a film for children. We have completed the film and received the censor certificate. We have decided to release the film during the summer vacation, said S. Latha.

LV Muthu Ganesh has composed the music for this film, and PG Muthiah has handled the cinematography. Baiju Don Bosco has edited the film, and P. Shanmugam has worked as the art director. Danger Mani has designed the stunts, Poppy Master and Santhosh have designed the dance sequences. Pa. Vijay and K.D. Sesha have written the songs. K. Thandapani has served as the executive producer. Mallikarjuna Rao has served as the production manager.

Kannan is releasing this film in theaters across Tamil Nadu on April 3rd as a summer celebration under the banner of Seventh Studio.
