In an initiative organized by ‘Ladies Circle India’ in collaboration with the Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Soundarya Rajinikanth inaugurated a record-breaking event that saw over 800 individuals donate their hair to support those affected by cancer.
Director and film producer Soundarya Rajinikanth, who attended the event as the chief guest, inaugurated the proceedings and delivered a special address.
Speaking to the press, she shared that her own grandmother had battled cancer and experienced hair loss as a result. She expressed that she could deeply empathize with the challenges faced by cancer patients due to hair loss, and lauded the act of donating hair to support them as a highly commendable gesture.
Furthermore, she urged people to use social media for positive causes and encouraged the widespread sharing of such socially beneficial initiatives online. Soundarya Rajinikanth also pledged her full support for such noble endeavors.
