‘Miss You’ is a film produced by
Samuel Mathew under the banner of ‘7 MILES PER SECOND’ and starring Siddharth and Ashika Ranganath. The film, which has been developed as a youthful, swashbuckling romantic feel-good film, has been directed by N. Rajasekhar, who has directed commercial hits like ‘Mapla Singam’ and ‘Kalamthil Chandiyom’.
J.P., Ponvannan, Karunakaran, Naren, Anupama Kumar, Rama, Balasaravanan, ‘Lollu Saba’ Maran, Shastika and many others are playing important roles in this film, which has music composed by leading music composer Ghibran.
The film ‘Miss You’ will be released in theaters on November 29. Red Giant Movies, a leading production company in the Tamil film industry, is releasing the film all over Tamil Nadu. In this regard, the trailer and audio launch of the film was held this evening at the Sathyam Cinema in Chennai.
Actor Karthi, who attended the event as a special guest, released the trailer of the film, and actor Siddharth received it.
Speaking at the event, actor Karthi said, “I remembered working as an assistant director as soon as I came here. Because when Siddharth joined the shooting for the first day, we were shooting at a railway station. He went and taught everyone there how to act.. He was doing a background check.. Mani sir couldn’t bear it and said, “Hey, don’t talk, just tell him to act.” I see the same thing happening here too.. Turn off the lights here too.. Close the door.. “Hey, be quiet a little.” (He says looking at Siddharth).
They say I’m from a film family. But that has nothing to do with me. Siddharth, Sudha Kongara, Milind were all there when I studied and joined as an assistant director. When I saw the things they knew about cinema, when I saw everything they talked about, oh my, we’re like the last bench again.. They know so much.. It seemed like we were fooled without knowing anything. If you want to make a film, you have to watch a lot of films, you have to read a lot.. You can say that I learned it when I talked to them.
The title of this film is ‘Miss You’. The words that our Pasangas use the most are ‘Love You’.. ‘Miss You’.. and you have put the very catchy word ‘Miss You’ as the title of the film. All the posts that Pasangas make on social media are love posts.. but we are taking it as action films. Again, taking it as an action film, putting a love failure song, and a cargo hitting scene is like a movie I saw when I was studying.
I really like the movie Thullada Manamum Thullum starring Vijay sir. Even if I see it now, the songs, love, and the things around it are exciting. Even now, there is expectation for such films. But we do not take it. Since the boy is Siddharth, he is the only one who is still in love.. It is a great comfort for him that he is still in love. Siddharth danced well in Ghibran’s music and Dinesh’s choreography. The songs were good. Although it may seem simple, like when I was studying, there is something inside. Siddharth would not agree otherwise.
The heroine of this film, Ashika Ranganath, is currently acting with me in Sardaar-2. Although she comes from a small town, she is sincere despite not knowing the language very well. I like that very much. She is very beautiful in this film.
