Exploiting Mother Nature is tolerable to a certain extent but once when it crosses permissable limits, then Nature will not hesitate to cause havoc – this is exactly the message driven home by the director who has churned out a flick that tugs you at the heart!
A village the background of which has a fertile river which has a bounty of fishes facilitating the catch and commercialization of the yield!
A powerful big wig steals and sells river sand, misuses many other natural resources and blasting places for undesirable activities.
On the other side, there is a greedy cop who tries to exploit the situation.
The villagers too are opportunistic and misbehave most of the time.
They have scant respect for the fishes which too are living objects.
There is a little boy in the village who is very keen about fishing. Chancely, he accesses a fish which he lets live by placing it in a water tub.
After a lot of persistent efforts, he manages to catch fish but once done, he lets it into the river again while the greedy ones are duly punished!
The film has bagged several awards at global festivals.
A purposeful presentation.
