Humorist Senthil who has carved a niche for himself alongside Goundamani in innumerable films, plays a senior politician with Yogi Babu and Subbu Panchu as his associates in this supposed political comedy that involves school children too in that tricky arena.
It is truly disheartening to see children being involved in the game of politics in the pretext of comedy.
The screenplay lacks the tempo that goes with such themes that deliberate on politics and more importantly, much impetus is laid upon the war between the legitimate and illegitimate offsprings of a politician!
The film ends on the note that while the legitimate son becomes the Chief Minister, his counterpart becomes the Prime Minister!
The child artistes have done well while the seniors just pass muster! Some scenes sizzle but occasionally!
