Given the situation that even seasoned filmmakers are being criticized for not having updated to changing trends while making films, here is a filmmaker who stands updated and has opted to deliberate on a theme that draws a line between friendship and love!
So to say, Vikraman had already tested waters of that theme in Pudhu Vasantham years earlier, Suseenthiran has handled the theme in a contemporary scenario with the lead players – Jagaveer and Meenakshi Govindaraj who have friends for 20 years sans any romance between them!
It is but a fact that lust precedes love according to the maker but here, in this context, there is only friendship without any lust or love at play!
Jagaveer and Meenakshi are both good and the chemistry of friendship works out effectively between them both!
This is one of the best outings of Bala Saravanan who steals the show by his well timed quickwittedness!
D. Imman has delivered some foot tapping numbers and the dance choreography too deserves mention!
Though the first half is vibrant with freshness, the second half safely treads upon the much traveled path leading to a conventional climax.
A colorful film that would be lapped up by the 2K Kids!
