One of the most noteworthy movies of the season, this discerning flick focuses on the problems faced by cops while on duty while being forced to play second fiddle to affluent politicians as well as the powers that be, especially, amidst their superiors!
Though Tharshan is the official protagonist of the film, it is the Mollywood actor/director, Lal, who proves a scene-stealer!
The screenplay has been fabricated well by the filmmaker who introduces several twists and turns into the tale to keep the audience engaged as well as engrossed!
Tharshan too has his moments of importance which he has neatly cashed in!
It is but a fact that our filmmakers showcase the police force, a policeman in particular, if he is the protagonist, in bright light!
But if Law breakers and corrupt superiors are involved , hand in glove with politicians, then, they are shown in bad light! Here is a case wherein their problems too are highlighted!
The proceedings get wrapped with the deliverance of poetic justice!
Vikas Badisa’s score warrants mention.
