Multi-talented star Dulquer Salmaan is known for his amazing screenplay choices. He always loves to play challenging roles with freshness- uniqueness and as an actor. In his 41st film, #DQ 41 joins debutant director Ravi Nelakuditi. The film, which is being made as a contemporary love story with rich drama, is being produced by successful producer Sudhakar Cherukuri under the banner of SLV Cinemas. The film is the tenth film produced by the company #SLV 10 – a new milestone for the company.
The official announcement about the film has been made. The grand launch event held in Hyderabad was attended by many special guests. ‘Natural Star’ Nani attended and clapped the clapboard for the auspicious shooting. Director Buchi Babu Sana operated the camera. Gunnam Sandeep, Nani and Ramya Gunnam handed over the script of the film to the team. The first scene of the film was directed by Ravi Nelakudi.
‘Dussehra’ and ‘The Paradise’ director Srikanth Odela also attended the event as a special guest. Following this, the regular shooting of the film will begin from today.
It is not an easy feat to convince Dulquer Salmaan, who has been delivering strong success in Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil films. However, director Ravi Nelagudi has come up with a unique and fresh story that will pique Dulquer Salmaan’s interest.
The production quality and technology of this film are assured to be of international standard. Also, the film has experienced technicians like Om Goswamy to handle the cinematography. National Award-winning G.V. Prakash Kumar is composing the music. Avinash Kolla is working as the production designer.
The film is releasing as a pan-Indian film in the Indian languages of Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.

The project was officially announced today, with a grand launch event held in Hyderabad graced by several special guests. Natural Star Nani sounded the clapboard for the auspicious muhurtham shot. Director Buchi Babu Sana switched on the camera, while Gunnam Sandeep, Nani, and Ramya Gunnam ceremoniously handed over the script to the team. The first shot of the film was directed by Ravi Nelakuditi himself.
Dasara and The Paradise director Srikanth Odela also graced the occasion. As revealed during the launch, the regular shoot of the movie begins today.
Convincing an actor of Dulquer Salmaan’s caliber, who enjoys a strong success rate in Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil cinema, is no easy feat. However, director Ravi Nelakuditi has come up with a gripping and fresh concept that piqued Dulquer’s interest.
