Actor Ravi Mohan started his new chapter, “Ravi Mohan Studios”, with a star-studded lineup. Along with this, the launch of a film starring Yogi Babu under his direction and the announcement of director Karthiyogi’s “BROCODE” as the productions of Ravi Mohan Studios were announced.
In this event, Ravi Mohan, Kenisha, Sivarajkumar, Sivakarthikeyan, Karthi, S.J.Surya, Yogi Babu, Karthik Yogi, Shraddha Srinath, Sri Gowri Priya, Manikandan, Kanna Ravi, Arjun Ashok, Malavika Manoj, Ritesh, Genelia, Perarasu and many others participated in this event.

Thank you very much to everyone who has accepted my invitation and come here. Only I know how happy I am at this moment.
I have become a director. Since Yogi has made me a director, I wanted to make a film and I have also shot the promo for it. Today, I am very happy that the pooja of my two films is happening at the same time.
Karthi and I are not lovers of luxury. During the shooting of Ponniyin Selvan, we would walk on the road in Thailand from time to time while talking. Many people have asked us if we are brothers by looking at our mustaches, beards and clothes. I think that pro-code and love should last a lifetime.
Cinema… is not only entertainment for millions of people, it is an emotion. In the theater, someone’s dialogue and acting make people laugh, think and shed tears. A film is made with the hard work of many people. Those films that are loved by the people achieve success. Many good films are still celebrated by the people after all these years.
Cinema has the power to transform even an ordinary person into a famous star celebrated by the world. I am one of them.
What I love most in this world is my fans. The gift they have given me – this cinema. Beyond acting, there are many things I want to do in cinema. That is also something I have been dreaming of for a long time.
One of them is Ravi Mohan Studios – my own production company. As the first step of my production company, I have two main things that are dear to my heart.
One – Pro Code, a film directed by director Karthik Yogi.
Another – another film that I will be directing for the first time with our Yogi Babu.
There is one more thing that I have to tell you. Ravi Mohan Studios was started, not just to produce my films. It is to give life to the dreams of many.
In it, new directors and young talents who are directing films for the first time are being given opportunities, and pre-production work is underway.
In addition, many projects such as fantasy and documentary series have been started on OTT platforms.
Also, there will always be a helping hand to support films that are properly made, with good content, and are ready for release. The doors of the screen will open for good talent!
The same company is also involved in identifying independent music talents who are creating new songs.
I have many friends in the cinema industry from the beginning as actors and directors. Many of them have already started working with Ravi Mohan Studios. We need to make good films with many more friends.
This is our main objective. This is a long journey. To achieve success beyond the hard work and dreams of an individual, we hope that you will have 200% contribution and determination. That is why this production company has been started.
Our objective is that everyone should benefit from this.
I did not expect that Sivaraj Anna would come here and speak to me to this extent. Thank you very much Anna. I came to your house, you made food, I have eaten the salt of your house, that gratitude will always be with me.
In Kannada, Siva Annan’s film is a super hit and my father would buy his films in Telugu. Since then, I have grown up watching Siva Annan. Even if I act in a scene with him, I am happy.
After Ravi Mohan Studios grows well, Sivakarthikeyan will definitely get the opportunity he wants.
Another pleasant surprise was that Kenisha gave me the confidence that I could become a director and producer and that I could also become a lyricist. With that confidence, I wrote a song. He asked me to write about my mother. But I wrote it thinking of my mother. It was then that I understood that a mother is not a relationship, but a feeling. He said that Kenisha himself composed and sang the lyrics of the song I wrote.

I am very happy to have come here. A production company is not an ordinary thing. It is a very responsible thing to bring our dream to the screen. I don’t know Ravi Mohan that much. I will just call him sir. He is senior to me in the cinema industry.
I got the opportunity to get close to him during the film Parasakthi. He is a very good person. We have an idea that he would be like this after watching his films. He is just like that. Not only did he invite me to this event, but he also called me yesterday and reminded me to definitely come tomorrow, bro.
After coming here, he has fulfilled all his dreams as an actor and producer and done everything he can. I secretly watched the pro movie of the film Pro Code ten days ago. Director Karthik Yogi showed it to me. It is my favorite genre. Right then, you showed the first half, I asked when you were going to show the second half. It was so funny. The name Pro Code is super. Everything is said in the name itself. My best wishes for the success of the film Pro Code, in which you are working as an actor at Ravi Mohan Studio.
Next, congratulations to Yogi Babu sir. He has never set limits for his comedy. This film is about how the life of an ordinary man can be an extraordinary journey. Yogi Babu is the right person for that. But if you ask him, his guru will say that I am a comedy actor. But if you watch the film, you will know that there is a hero in him.
It is not an ordinary thing for an actor to become a director. He has that confidence because he has been in the cinema since a young age. Everyone wants to be a director. But not everyone can direct a film. Similarly, not all actors have the ability to become a director. But Ravi Mohan has it. I hope Karthi will also direct a film next. He also has a director in him. Next is Khaki Squad. I saw the teaser of the film. It looks promising. We have been watching his acting in Kanna Ravi’s Mandela, Kuruthi Aattam, and now Coolie. Similarly, he has performed well in this film too.
I also know the director of the film, Shakti. He has directed three films before this. He is also an executive producer. I don’t know how he does both jobs.
Now another production company called Ravi Mohan Studio has come. We can boldly choose a story. I am also giving a few films like that. If 15 more production companies come like this, we can bring out a lot of good things. If the spotlight falls on us, we will be happy that we have used the space that people have given us so far properly. I wish these three films success. Invite them to the success ceremony of the three films. I will definitely come and participate.
When I was in college, a film by Santhosh Subramaniam came out, and I really like Genelia. Today, when I saw Genelia and Ravi Mohan’s performance, I remembered my college days. It would be great if they acted together again.
If I get a chance to act in a production or direction by Ravi Mohan, I will definitely act. I am senior to him in production. So, Ravi Mohan sir, whenever you have any doubts, you can freely join me.

Ravi Mohan’s growth from the movie Jayam till now has been amazing. I am not that familiar with him but I have seen his movies and he does a great job no matter what kind of role he is given. Both Shekhar and Vijay Prasad are my childhood friends. We have been friends for 45 years. I have been here with them

The film has been beautifully titled Ordinary Man. This film, which will be called Om in short, will definitely be a huge success. Because Om has positive vibes.

When my friend Ravi became a producer, I thought I should say a few things as a friend. But when I came here and saw this, no one in Tamil cinema has ever held a production company as such a big event.
Not only that, I was very proud when he told me why he started this production company. Now many talented directors are yearning to give him a hand and throw him away. I am very happy to hear that this production company has been started to give them an opportunity. Ravi had a father, he had a brother. But, it makes me happy that Ravi tells everyone that I am there.
Also, I have been married for 10 years. When I hear the word pro code, it feels new. It makes me curious.
I would like to tell you when I first saw Ravi. Whenever I come to the cinema, I went to a fight training class and that is where I met Ravi brother. Normally, if we jump three feet, Ravi brother would jump 10 feet. Oh my! I was afraid that cinema would be like this. Then he would take us and buy us juice. If we gave him money, he would give it to us himself, saying that you should not drink all that small money. Only after a while did I realize that he was a younger boy than me. After that, I started calling him Ravi because if I called him Anna, I would get hit. Then after watching his first film, we would talk about everything, like his clothes. That is how our friendship began.
I was very happy to see Ravi in the film Ponniyin Selvan. Because there was a question of who would play Raja in Tamil Nadu itself. When I saw him posing as Raja while filming in Thailand, he had all the qualities of a Raja. What I liked most about him was that Ravi never thought of harming anyone. I am proud of that.
He told me a story at night. When I heard it, it was as good as Jim Carrey, but we only know one side of him. Even Raja Anna has not shown it on screen yet, I think we will see it in the film directed by Yogi Babu. We all know that Ravi is always smiling, but not many know that there is a serious person inside him. He keeps updating everything about world cinema from time to time. He also knows film editing very well. In other words, it is as if someone has not studied. But, we have seen him get good marks, right?! That is how Ravi is too, he said.

It is happy to see Ravi’s every development. When I was 17 and he was 11, he performed Bharatanatyam for 5 hours straight. I looked at him with awe after he had been threatening me for so many years. I still look at him with awe today.
There is a line in the movie Pudupettai that says, “Have you been acting for me with all these talents for so many years?!” I feel like asking myself.
