Kannadasan is producing a new film under Origin Studios
The film is not yet titled. It has been tentatively titled Production NO 1.
Rajkumar Rangaswamy is directing the film.
L. Ramachandran is handling the cinematography.
Jones Rupert is composing the music. He is the engineer and has composed the music for the film Chhamt En Kai.
Bharath, who has edited films like Good Night, Lover, Tourist Family, is editing the film.
Director Rajkumar Rangaswamy said about the film:
While we agree that love and affection in this world do not change their nature, we cannot deny that their form keeps changing with time.
Today’s youth are called Generation Alpha, along with 90s Kids, 2K Kids, etc.
These are the first generation born fully into the 21st century and have experienced a childhood shaped by the COVID-19 pandemic and the increasing dominance of digital technology. This generation is in a CELEBRETING MINDSET at all times. They are thinking and living very advanced lives.
In this environment where tolerance and hatred prevail, relationships are not learned from the roots but are abandoned.
No one is ready to listen to another’s opinion beyond agreeing with it. But something fundamental needs to be understood. No matter what the generation, its root is important. We need a life that does not abandon its roots. That will be the recovery of the next generation. The film is made keeping in mind that today’s young generation, who are living in a very advanced way in terms of thoughts and technology, are not learning or being taught some of the good things that have been natural to humans for ages.
The story of the film is about a man who does not care about relationships and a young woman who depends on family and parents, and how the relationship between them blossoms.
Aditya Bhaskar, who attracted the attention of fans with his performance in the film 96, is playing the lead role with Gowri Kishan. Director K Bhagyaraj is playing a key role. Kingsley,
DSR, cinematographer Raju Menon’s daughter Saraswathi Menon, and director Sai Ramani are also playing the lead roles.
The film’s shooting has taken place in places like Chennai, Pondicherry, Pollachi, Namakkal and Goa. The shooting of this film has reached its final stage. The film is scheduled to be released this year.

I had been working as an assistant director with the intention of becoming a director. In this case, my friend Rajkumar Rangaswamy told me this story. I decided to produce it as it was the right story for this period and a story that needed to be told.
