Heartbreaking morning… A humble request 🕊️
In today’s news,
I am deeply saddened to hear the news that more than 30 people, including children, women and the elderly, lost their lives in a stampede at actor Vijay’s Tamil Nadu Vetri Kalka political campaign.
I am deeply shocked and deeply saddened to hear that many ordinary people lost their lives in the flash floods. My deepest condolences to the families who have suffered such a loss. My prayers for the departed souls to rest in peace.
But with this sadness, there is also concern. Why should such tragedies happen again and again? Why should our children, women and even ourselves be put in danger in such large gatherings?
It is not necessary to give up our lives for any politician or any actor.
Let us all be a little more cautious. Let us take care of the next person, no matter what community he belongs to. Let us learn a lesson from this painful incident. May the souls of all those who have passed away rest in peace.
I pray for a speedy recovery for all those undergoing treatment.
