Produced by TS. Clement Suresh under Annai Velankanni Studios, and directed by debutant director T. Jayavel, the film “Ram Abdullah Antony” is based on the story of school students and stars super singer Poovaiyar as the hero.
Poovaiyar plays the role of Antony, Arjun plays the role of Abdullah and Ajay Arnold plays the role of Ram. Also, Velaramamoorthy, Thalaivasal Vijay, Sai Deena, Soundararaja, Kicha Ravi, Sams, Vinothini Vaidyanathan, Bigg Boss Arnav and Raj Mohan play supporting roles. Vanitha Vijaykumar makes a special appearance..
D.R. Krishna Chetan has composed the music for this film. L.K. Vijay handles the cinematography and Vinoth Sivakumar has handled the editing.
The film is set to release on October 31st, and the music and trailer launch of the film was held today at Kamala Cinema in Vadapalani, Kalai, Chennai.

This is my first production in cinema. Even though I have other professions, I was surprised that so many people rely on cinema to make a living in this profession. I used to think that actors were people who live comfortably in AC, but when I saw them in person, I realized how much they struggle in the rain and the sun. Actor Soundararaja has been working hard for this film from the beginning till now. We have made this film as a family film. If this film is successful, I will spend that money again on film production. I will give opportunities to new directors,” he said.
Director Agathiyan speaking,
I am not invited to many film festivals because there is a generation gap. But it is a joy when I come here and meet new people. I have heard of Amar Akbar Antony in my childhood. After that, I am only now seeing a title that combines all three religions. Many films are becoming successful as social films with new stories. I am confident that this film will also join in that trend. As the producer said, this film will be successful. I hope he will get the opportunity to introduce more new people,” he said.

While actor Poovaiyar was speaking,
Director Jayavel Annan told this story four years ago and was strong that Poovaiyar should make this film. If it had been anyone else, they would have changed to suit the situation. But he stood firm. We have great faith in this story. We bought everything live in this film, every step of the way. I was expecting a screen space for me. I didn’t think I would get it so soon. “When I was told that Poovaiyar was acting in this film, I said that I would act in this film. That is why I agreed without asking the director about the story.
