Training and Efforts: Actress Joshina
You can get a debut in cinema by luck; but Joshina believes that you need talent to stand out. Joshina, who is debuting as a young face, is taking the necessary training and efforts to maintain her qualification to stand out in it after getting interested in cinema.
She has got the opportunity to be a heroine through her efforts without any background in cinema.
The opportunity she got from her contacts was the film ‘Not Reachable’. Another opportunity she got after hard work was the film ‘Middle Class’.
Next was the film ‘Duchathanan’.
Next, she has also finished acting as the heroine in the new film ‘Suitcase’ directed by Vetriveeran Mahalingam.
Talking about her film endeavors, Joshina says,
“Our family has nothing to do with cinema. I don’t know anyone in the film industry.
At one point, I got interested in cinema.
I started looking for opportunities without hesitation. I got opportunities without anyone’s recommendation.
I think I should accept whatever opportunities come my way and shine in them. I am fully involved in the preparations for that.”
Joshina has kept in mind what Franklin said, ‘The secret of success is hard work with talent.’
She has also not forgotten that ‘constant practice has the power to surpass talent.’ So she has taken some training.
What kind of preparations have you done?
“People expect you to know how to dance for cinema. I have learned not only Bharatanatyam but also dance for cinema. Even if I get film opportunities, I thought I should qualify myself further. For that, I did not sit idle in the available spaces. I learned bike riding, car driving. I learned horse riding, and Silambam. I have achieved these basic qualifications. Apart from that, I have also received voice training from Kalairani of Koothup Pattarai. The voice of the actors is as valuable as the appearance they appear on screen in a film. A character can be further strengthened through voice. I have learned how to express the voice according to a role and what are the nuances involved in it.
I am learning Telugu for Telugu film opportunities. I have also received a Telugu film opportunity.
I am determined that I should speak for the role I am playing; I should act without dubbing. I think that I should express myself 200% in the opportunities that come to me. That’s why I’ve done all this preparation,” he says.
So, the one who had been gathering strength till now has come to wage war.
He had previously revealed himself by doing a photo shoot of the same name for the role of Kalki’s famous work ‘Solaimalai Ilavarasi’. He says that he was shocked and then surprised to see that the princess of the recently released film ‘Kandhara 2’ looked the same.
Now
Acting films?
“I have played Radharavi’s daughter in the film ‘Middle Class’ directed by director Kishore Muthuramalingam. The film will be released soon.
Next, I have acted in the film ‘Suitcase’ directed by Vetri Mahalingam. In this film, Chattai Yuvan is the protagonist.
Produced by Arna Dream Works Productions.
In the scene where I fall from the floor in this film, I have acted without any protective equipment and without wearing a dupe.
This film will be released on OTT.
.As for the film ‘Suitcase’, there are scenes that take place in the flashback period and the present. In both, there were opportunities to act in two different dimensions. I think I have done it well.
I am acting in two films produced by Rajesh Yesudas on behalf of SS Reel Life Creation.
One film is being directed by director Tamil.
It is a crime thriller. Bhagat Fasil has agreed to act in this film after hearing the story. If the dates are right, it will be a very enjoyable experience. Aadukalam Kishore has also agreed to act in the same film. We will know soon who is going to act.
Another film is being directed by Semmalar Annam, who has been a character actress in films so far. This is a story centered around a woman.
I am acting in such promising opportunities.
As for me, I may get an introduction if I want. But if you want to stop and think, it is possible only if you have talent. All those who have succeeded and persisted are shining on the basis of that rule.
I want to follow that path.
I think I have all the qualifications professionally to express what a director expects of me as an actress, “she says confidently.
